Its core expertise lies at the intersection of executive search, professional search, and leadership advisory: the recruitment of recruitment consultants.
With this niche focus, Gunnar Belden was able to leverage his more than 20 years of experience in executive search within a clearly defined market segment and position his consulting firm distinctly: the executive search consultant for executive search consultants.
Having placed hundreds of recruitment consultants—in both executive and professional search—Gunnar has made a significant impact on the German recruitment consulting landscape and is now shaping the next generation of recruitment consulting with maturias.ai: AI-powered assistants that work alongside consultants.
House of MAAD · Robin Geier

House of MAAD brings translation into the new world of work: workflow design, business context, governance, and technical implementation expertise. Robin Geier, founder of House of MAAD, has spent 15 years building MarTech and personalization architectures for global brands—including Disney, McDonald’s, Adidas, easyJet, Porsche, and HSBC—most recently as Director of Digital Strategy & Value at mParticle and Head of Value Consulting at Tealium. At House of MAAD, he combines this implementation experience with the design of AI-powered workflow architectures.
